John J. Delucca

John J. Delucca has significant experience in family office and wealth management, bringing over 30 years of experience to Palm Beach Private Family Office. He directed the family office of one of America’s wealthiest families and served as the managing director and chief financial officer.

Mr. Delucca also has an extensive background in financial management with some of the country’s leading corporations. He served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of the REL Consultancy Group; executive vice president, Finance and Administration, and chief financial officer of Coty Inc., a $4 billion global consumer products company; and senior vice president and treasurer of RJR Nabisco Inc., of the largest corporate buy-outs of its time, where he was effectively “restructuring officer” brought in by KKR for strategic valuation and subsequent break-up after taking both Nabisco and Reynolds Tobacco public. He also was responsible for the $7 billion pension fund. Mr. Delucca also has served, among other positions, as president and chief financial officer of the Lexington Group and as senior vice president, Finance, and managing director of The Trump Group.

Mr. Delucca currently serves as a director of British Energy PLC, Enzo Biochem Inc., Endo Pharmaceuticals Inc., ITC Deltacom Inc. and Tier Technologies Inc.

Mr. Delucca has been a guest speaker and lecturer for financial institutions and universities including Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, Sumitomo Bank Ltd., Banque Paribas, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Standard & Poor’s, the New York University Stern School of Business, the Fordham University Graduate School of Business and Pace University. He was also an adjunct assistant professor at Seton Hall University School of Business Administration. Mr. Delucca is a graduate of Bloomfield College, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree, and Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he received a Master of Business Administration degree in finance.
